1. Overview

This website is operated by Roog ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Using our store

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have your parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security, or to submit false information.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products, colours and designs accurately, but the appearance can vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any applicable VAT where required. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Bundle discounts and promotions

Bundle discounts shown on our product pages are applied automatically at checkout when the qualifying number of items is in your cart. Promotions can't be exchanged for cash and may be changed or ended at any time without affecting orders already placed.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we can't ship to your address; in that case we'll refund any payment in full. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Details are in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the products passes to you when they're delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns, refunds and your legal rights

Our 30-day money-back guarantee and your right of withdrawal are explained in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights for goods that are faulty or not as described.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't exclude or limit liability that can't be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection laws.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you're a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
